Mother's Day Picnic Basket!

We've curated the perfect picnic basket for your Mom this weekend!  Each basket includes a bottle of chardonnay or riesling, cheese from Urbanstead, jam from That Dam Jam, a small bouquet of flowers and a loaf of sourdough bread from Harvestmoon Homestead.  All wrapped up nicely in a sweet basket.  Please email with your choice of wine.
